Grow Therapy works with most of the largest health plans in the country. As those relationships have matured, the interesting question has shifted from whether a plan works with us to what we should build together, and there is no standard answer to that question. This role owns a focused set of key relationships end to end. You decide what should be built with each plan, design the structure that delivers it, negotiate it, and stay with it once it is live.
