What they're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in search, SEO/AEO and organic growth, ideally within a consumer marketplace
- A proven track record of building and scaling search programs across multiple surfaces that drive measurable business outcomes
- Are highly innovative and have experience pushing boundaries and finding unique and custom ways to solve problems
- A relentless focus on measurable impact and driving real, rapid and sustainable business growth
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
- Experience informing product decisions and partnering closely with product and engineering teams to ship against a shared roadmap with measurable results
