About the role
An Operator with Ownership Depth: You have 5 to 7 years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, or a chief of staff function, ideally at a high-growth tech or healthcare company. You have personally built and run recurring operating processes -- not just supported them -- and you can speak to every decision you made and why.
