Own full-cycle recruiting for both Technical (Engineering, Product, Data/AI) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) roles Partner with stake holders to scope roles & align on hiring criteria
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles
- Prior experience recruiting in US based startup environments (Series A–C strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles, especially engineers and senior GTM hires
- You are a first principles thinker
- Highly proactive and scrappy — you don’t wait for inbound, you build pipeline from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering directly with founders and executives

As a full cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire stack in the recruiting process. From working closely with founders, executive team, and hiring managers to define role requirements, proactively source top talent, and close exceptional candidates across both technical and business functions.
