About the role

Partnerships are one of Gusto’s strategic growth channels. As a Partner Enablement Manager, you'll be at the heart of making those partnerships extraordinary and impactful to Gusto’s business.

What they're looking for

  • Substantial experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or professional training
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering highly effective enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in partner activation, engagement, and revenue contribution
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead learning initiatives end-to-end—from needs analysis through delivery and post-program evaluation—while managing multiple competing priorities with minimal oversight
  • Experience designing and facilitating training sessions for professional audiences
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally to ensure learning objectives translate into real partner performance outcomes
  • Solid foundation in education design, with the judgment to select appropriate modalities based on audience, speed, scale, and impact
