About the role
Our cash compensation amount for this role is $132,000 to $163,000 in Denver & most major metro locations, and $150,000 to $185,000 for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

- Demonstrated success in req-based recruiting, with a focus on mid- to senior-level hiring
- Strong track record of influencing and coaching hiring PEs through the entire recruiting lifecycle
- Growth mindset toward AI adoption and ability to integrate new tools into recruiting workflows responsibly
- Committed to inclusive hiring practices, with experience building representative pipelines and partnering to foster belonging
