About the role
We’re looking for a Partner Growth Director to drive growth, retention, and operational excellence across Gyde’s portfolio of health insurance agency partners. As an account lead, you’ll own the long-term success of 3-5 asset acquisitions post-close. You’ll guide them through integration, drive adoption of Gyde’s platform, and lead the execution of Gyde’s Partner Growth initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with M&A, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and HR to turn strategy into results.

- 4-6 years of experience at a top consulting or private equity firm driving portfolio operations
- Strong project management and analytical skills, experience running multi-workstream projects or post-merger integrations preferred
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Able to build trust and influence stakeholders from agency owners to internal execs
- A bias toward action, thrives when solving problems in real time
- High adaptability and composure in fast-changing environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
