About the role
Much of the technical data behind US defense systems is decades old: scanned paper, hand-marked prints, and drawings that were never turned into 3D models. Hadrian is building a team to turn that data into modern, manufacturing-ready models and drawings. Customers can then keep their systems running, and those parts can be quoted, made at Hadrian, or procured. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- Built and ran a high-volume technical operation, such as production, engineering services, or drawing conversion, and grew it to 50 or more people
- Hired and trained people quickly, and kept them engaged in repetitive work
- Runs an operation on throughput and quality data
- 3+ years leading other leaders
- Enough engineering-drawing depth to own the quality bar, including GD&T and model-based definition
- You raise problems early and make decisions without waiting for full consensus
