About the role
Hadrian is building an AI-powered operating system for the factory: one integrated platform for how we engineer and build critical parts for aerospace and defense. As one of Hadrian's first product designers, you will work with key internal customers across engineering and factory operations. You will design the tools and automations that make our product lifecycle faster, and shape experiences that connect work across teams from end to end. - A record of solving complex customer problems: you can show the customer, the problem, and the measured result
- Shipped features and products that customers adopted and that moved the business
- Experience shipping high-stakes features at scale
- Systems thinking: you design for the whole workflow, across teams and functions
- Senior or staff-level product design experience, equivalent to Meta IC5 to IC6, with high taste and a high degree of craft in Figma and in code
