About the role
We're hiring our first Manager of Sales & Operations Planning to establish the S&OP function and build the team behind it. You'll design and lead a data driven planning framework that aligns customer demand, supply capability, financial objectives, and operational execution and, critically, determines where across our sites each part is manufactured to best balance capacity, capability, cost, and delivery. What they're looking for
- Proven experience leading S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, operations planning, or integrated business planning processes
- Deep understanding of demand planning, capacity planning, inventory management, master scheduling, supply chain execution, and operational performance
- Experience leading teams and developing planning talent
- Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills
- Ability to operate strategically while also driving tactical execution and issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline preferred
