About the role
Hadrian is scaling fast, standing up new factories and expanding existing ones across the country. We’re looking for a Technical Field Engineer to be the person on the ground who brings new IT infrastructure to life. This is a hands-on, travel-heavy role focused on standing up IT at new sites and deploying hardware for new manufacturing lines at existing facilities. What they're looking for
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to new builds and existing factories
- Hands-on infrastructure deployment experience: racking, cabling, switches, WAPs, firewalls
- Experience coordinating or project managing electrical, low-voltage, or structured cabling vendors on-site
- Experience deploying and supporting physical security systems (cameras, badge readers, sensors), AV/conference room systems, and office IoT devices such as printers
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with construction, facilities, and engineering teams on the ground
- Endpoint deployment and management experience (Intune, Mosyle, or FleetDM)
