About the role

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for key programs and products, serving as the central integrator between program, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and operations timelines. This position partners cross-functionally to ensure alignment between engineering schedules, supply chain lead times, and delivery commitments in a dynamic, high-mix NPI manufacturing environment.

What they're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, or engineering or manufacturing planning
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and principles, including for estimating durations and qualifying risk
  • Experience using scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheets, etc) and building automations and connectors
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders and drive accountability. Strong communicator and relationship builder
