About the role
We are searching for an elite growth leader, ready to play the game of their career. You will be leading a passionate and highly motivated team of over 10-20 reps across the Great Plains of the United States of America to a scale that very few businesses ever achieve, whilst having an impact on one of America’s most vital industries, Agriculture.

- Someone who doesn’t believe in glass ceilings and walks towards the pressure of large targets and thrives on hard problems
- Experience in growing new and existing businesses, developing market strategies and more importantly, a track record of delivering high growth
- Experience working with customers, navigating complex sales cycles and expanding value over time
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams
- A deep passion for helping ranchers succeed. Experience in farm systems or within the agricultural sector would be a bonus
- A phenomenal attitude and a team player with the ability to consistently overcome challenges
