About the role

This is a product-focused role on the growth team, working directly with the Head of Growth and founders to shape how HappyRobot communicates product value across channels. Product marketing fuels everything from feature adoption and customer education to sales enablement and market positioning.

What they're looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts and craft persuasive messaging
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, in B2B tech, at a startup, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and how to position technical products for business audiences
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts including generative AI and agentic AI
  • Experience collaborating closely with product, sales, and growth teams to drive alignment and adoption
  • Extreme ownership and organization, with a proven ability to manage multiple launches and cross-functional priorities
