About the role
As Technical Recruiting Manager, you will lead and scale our technical hiring function, partnering closely with founders and hiring managers to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across engineering, product, data, and operations teams. You'll own recruiting strategy, drive hiring excellence, and build the processes, systems, and talent pipelines needed to support rapid company growth. - 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, including experience leading recruiting initiatives or teams
- Proven success hiring software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other technical talent in high-growth environments
- Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of identifying and engaging top-tier candidates
- Experience developing recruiting strategies, processes, and scalable hiring programs
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and serve as a trusted talent advisor to leadership
- Strong analytical skills and experience using recruiting data to drive decisions
