About the role
Harbinger Motors is expanding, and we are looking for an Equipment Maintenance Engineer to support our advanced EV manufacturing lines (Battery, General Assembly, EDU, Stator/Hairpin). This role ensures high equipment reliability, uptime, and performance across highly automated production systems. You will collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and external suppliers to diagnose failures, implement improvements, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in the maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment
- Hands-on experience with automated assembly equipment, robotics, End-of-Line (EOL) testing, and servo-driven systems
- PLCs: Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000
- Industrial Electrical Systems: 480VAC, 24VDC controls, and interpreting electrical schematics
- Sensors: Inductive, optical, laser, pressure, temperature, and vision systems
