About the role
Build, manage, and support end-to-end infrastructure across the factory floor. From core datacenter systems to edge devices like production compute, MES stations, and networked IoT equipment (connected tools, PDCs, HMIs, and similar) Champion an Infrastructure as Code culture, using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet to eliminate manual toil and automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, network engineering, endpoint management, or infrastructure operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site, cross-functional environment
- Builder mentality with a bias toward hands-on ownership and eliminating manual toil
- Available for on-call rotations and on-site support as required

Harbinger is hiring a Systems Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and performance of our end-to-end infrastructure, from the factory floor to the datacenter. We're looking for someone with a builder mentality who thrives working on-site in partnership with Business systems, Facilities, and Production teams. You should be as comfortable working alongside factory technicians on the production floor as you would be drawing diagrams and writing Ansible playbooks.
