About the role
Harbinger is hiring an IT Enterprise Applications Administrator to own our Atlassian instance end to end, Jira, Confluence, alongside a handful of other enterprise applications. This is a hands-on, builder role: we're looking for someone who is an expert across the Atlassian stack, fluent in advanced workflow and automation design, well-versed in enterprise AI tooling (AI gateways, governance, and policy).
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years administering Atlassian Cloud products at scale, ideally including both Jira and Confluence for a multi-team organization
- Atlassian certifications are a plus, not required
- Advanced Jira and Confluence administration (workflow/permission schemes, automation rules, JQL, custom fields, spaces, templates)
- Atlassian Guard and org-level security/governance settings
- Experience with the Atlassian REST API and/or Forge/Connect app development for integrations

- Own administration of Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Guard, including licensing, user provisioning, permission schemes, and org-level security policies.
