About the role
The Quality Supervisor leads the daily operations of the quality control team, ensuring that all products and processes meet established Harbinger standards and regulatory requirements. This role bridges the gap between floor-level inspections and high-level quality strategy, focusing on team leadership, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control within an automotive manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) software and Google Workspace
- Ability to thrive and make rapid, data-driven decisions in a high-pressure automotive environment
- Confidence and authority to halt production lines or shipments if Harbinger's quality standards or safety protocols are compromised
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate effectively with supply chain, production, and engineering teams
