Product Strategy & Vision : Own product strategy and vision for the entire Healia platform, ensuring every roadmap decision ladders up to company goals, client needs, and market opportunity Roadmap Execution : Build and maintain the company's single product roadmap, prioritizing across competing needs and leading cross-functional teams through discovery, design, build, and launch
What they're looking for
- Have 4+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of owning products from strategy through launch
- Use AI tools fluently in your own workflow to move faster, and have hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features to customers
- Have prior experience at a startup
- Are comfortable operating as both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator in a fast-growing environment
- Have a data-driven approach to prioritization, roadmap decisions, and measuring product success
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and can influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
