What they're looking for
- 5+ years building and operating production software, with strong backend, API, data modeling, and SQL skills
- Experience taking a complex third-party integration live with the technical team on the other side
- Evidence that you’ve built software around a customer’s workflow and improved it after they used it
- Enjoyment of customer work. You can investigate an unclear problem, explain tradeoffs, and decide what to build without waiting for a complete spec
