About the role
The Senior Carrier Account Manager is an invaluable bridge between important enterprise insurance carrier clients and our internal team. You will lead the strategy, health, and outcomes of a portfolio of carrier relationships, combining proactive account leadership with hands-on solutioning and execution.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience working in account management, sales, or comparable role
- Experience owning strategic client plans and leading technical implementations or integrations
- Experience translating technical concepts (APIs, data flows) for non-technical audiences
- Experience managing a high-volume workload
- Experience strategizing and implementing large-scale goals and projects
- Bonus: Startup experience, specifically with SaaS solutions or technical products
