About the role
We are hiring a VentureSenior Associate to join our U.S. investment team. This is a high-impact, NYC-based role for an investor early-to-mid in their career who is ready to take ownership of sourcing, run diligence workstreams, support live deals, and play a central role in portfolio support and the day-to-day operations of the Lab.
What they're looking for
- 4–7 years of experience in corporate or private venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or as an operator at a startup—ideally with exposure to early-stage companies
- Strong financial acumen: proficient startup financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis with sharp attention to detail and data integrity
- A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, able to form and express a point of view and translate analysis into crisp memos and presentations
- A can-do, self-starter who gets things done and thrives in a lean, agile environment where priorities shift, ownership is rewarded, and teamwork is essential
- A relationship-builder and natural networker with a venture-relevant network and the drive to expand and nurture comfortably represent the Lab externally
- Analytical, curious, and data-driven, with a strong interest in emerging technologies, especially AI, a curious power user of AI tools to boost personal and team productivity

💼 Estimated Total Compensation: $150,000–$175,000 (NYC), plus benefits
