About the role

Hedge is hiring a founding Head of Partnerships to create the alliances that expand our distribution, capabilities, and reach. This is not the carrier-appointment role. You will own strategic relationships with agency networks, associations, technology providers, data partners, and other platforms that can create durable, two-sided value.

Hedge is hiring a founding Head of Partnerships to create the alliances that expand our distribution, capabilities, and reach. This is not the carrier-appointment role. You will own strategic relationships with agency networks, associations, technology providers, data partners, and other platforms that can create durable, two-sided value.

Base salary is $120K-$250K. Equity is 0.25%-1.25%. We will size the package to the scope, network, and operating ownership you bring.

Develop and prioritize Hedge's partnership strategy

Source, negotiate, launch, and grow agency-network and association partnerships

Build technology, data, distribution, and program alliances where they create clear customer value

Create partner economics, launch plans, success metrics, and governance

Coordinate product, legal, operations, and go-to-market work required to make partnerships real

Build a repeatable pipeline and operating cadence, not a collection of logos

First 30 days: map the partner landscape and define a ranked strategy

By day 60: advance a focused pipeline with clear value propositions and economics

By day 90: launch or materially advance the first high-value partnership
