Hedge is hiring a founding wholesale broker to build and own our entertainment practice. You will combine retail-agency relationships, entertainment risk judgment, placement craft, and fast execution to produce durable revenue across film, television, digital production, music, touring, live events, venues, and production services.
Target OTE is $500K. Base salary is $125K-$250K, creating a target cash range of $475K-$600K across the base range. Target variable compensation is $350K at $5M in annual new bound premium, with uncapped accelerators above target. Equity is 0.50% at hire, with up to an additional 0.25% performance grant.
Build a focused retail-agency pipeline in entertainment, media, production, and live events
Qualify budgets, schedules, locations, venues, stunts, cast, equipment, vehicles, pyrotechnics, and prior losses
Shape complete submissions and select the right carrier, MGA, and program path for each account
Structure production packages, general liability, entertainment E&O, cast, equipment, auto, workers compensation, and excess placements as the risk requires
