What they're looking for
- Masters in Public Health, Epidemiology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a partner facing role such as sales engineering, or a related technical applications role
- Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs), including agentic workflows and coding assistants such as Claude Code
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operation teams to ensure research users are successful in their work
- Affinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes both quality and agility

What is special about this role?
The Helix Clinico-genomic Data Team plays a pivotal role in Helix’s efforts to provide a first-in-class clinico-genomics research dataset for our partners to conduct and publish cutting-edge genomic studies. We are responsible for building and making these data available for use by both our internal Research and Analytical Teams as well as external Health System Researchers and Life Sciences customers.
Our clinico-genomic dataset includes clinical and Exome+ sequencing data and is curated to facilitate the discovery of novel genomic disease risks, enhance patient recruitment for clinical studies, support clinical decision-making, and optimize care pathways. As a Partner Research Success...
