This role sits at the intersection of customers, AI Agent Product Management, Engineering, and Account Management - ensuring projects move quickly, stakeholders stay aligned, and customers successfully launch and scale with Hello Patient.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program management, solutions delivery, or enterprise implementations
- Experience managing complex B2B SaaS deployments involving multiple technical stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive timelines, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with experience partnering directly with customers and executive stakeholders
- Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and software systems
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer-facing solutions

You’ll manage multiple technical deployments at once, serving as the primary project owner responsible for timelines, communication, risk management, and cross-functional execution. You’ll partner directly with customer executives, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, manage dependencies, and drive successful launches.
This role requires someone who is highly technical, exceptionally organized, and comfortable operating in complex environments. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should understand how systems connect and be able to translate technical complexity into clear execution plans.
