About the role
The Industrial Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain software systems that power HERA’s AI platform for manufacturing and engineering workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing back-end services, integrating data pipelines, and implementing algorithms that process technical drawings and production data. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers and manufacturing experts to translate requirements into scalable, reliable software solutions.
