About the role
HeyGen is looking for a proactive, high-ownership IT Systems & Operations Owner to join our team in the Palo Alto, San Francisco or LA office.
What they're looking for
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a similar high-ownership IT role, preferably within a fast-scaling tech startup
- Security Foundation: Proven experience configuring and managing EDR systems and implementing DLP policies
- Vendor & Project Management: Experience acting as a primary point of contact for vendors, with the demonstrated ability to eventually manage external contractors or support teams
- Bias for Action: You are obsessive about unblocking users quickly, prioritizing a seamless internal user experience
- Automation Mindset: You look at every manual process and ask, "How can we make this self-serve?"
- Resourcefulness: You know how to leverage internal software engineers to build solutions, while independently managing vendors and contractors
