About the role
We’re looking for a Community Manager to help build and grow HeyGen’s online communities across forums, Discord, Reddit, and beyond. You’ll play a key role in shaping how people connect with HeyGen and with each other. This means creating experiences that bring people in, give them a reason to stay, and make it easy for them to participate.
What they're looking for
- 3+ year experience managing Discord and/or Reddit communities
- A strong sense of what makes people engage and participate
- Strong track record of end-to-end community projects
- Comfortable being active in online communities and internet culture
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills
