HiddenLayer is entering an exciting new chapter in our company history, and we are seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to help us identify and engage exceptional talent as we continue to grow. In this role, you'll build strong candidate pipelines for a range of technical and business positions, partner closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers, and help create a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates in a professional, authentic, and compelling way
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and follow-ups in a fast-moving remote environment
- Comfortable learning and using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, spreadsheets, Slack, and scheduling platforms
- Resourceful and curious, with the ability to research talent markets, find hard-to-reach candidates, and adapt sourcing strategies based on results
- A collaborative, service-oriented partner who works well with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting partners
- Able to handle confidential candidate and company information with discretion and sound judgment
