About the role
HiddenLayer is seeking a strategic and execution-focused VP of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization through the company’s next stage of growth. This leader will own sales performance and revenue execution, build a high-performing and scalable sales organization, and translate company growth objectives into a clear and measurable sales strategy.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the cybersecurity or AI technology industry, with a minimum of 7 years of experience
- Advanced expertise in sales strategy, sales leadership, and operational execution within a high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of AI security concepts, including machine learning, threat detection, anomaly detection, and data protection
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling large, geographically dispersed sales teams
- Proven ability to consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets

Reporting to the CRO, the VP of Sales will combine strategic leadership with operational rigor—developing exceptional sales talent, establishing repeatable processes, improving forecasting and pipeline performance, and ensuring the organization consistently achieves its revenue objectives.
