About the role
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Creative Lead to sit at the intersection of generative AI, cinematic production, and enterprise customers. You’ll turn customer briefs into exceptional demos and pilots, build production-ready AI workflows, and work directly with creative teams to bring Higgsfield into real-world production.
What they're looking for
- Exceptional portfolio of cinematic AI work at commercial quality — portfolio first
- 5+ years of experience in film, advertising, commercial, or creative production, including 2+ years hands-on with generative AI
- Deep fluency across image and video models, consistency techniques, VFX, motion, and AI production workflows
- Strong cinematic fundamentals across shot design, lighting, composition, storyboarding, camera movement, and editing
- Experience delivering customer-facing pilots, PoCs, or productions from brief through final output
- Comfortable presenting to executives and running live demos
