We’re hiring hunters for that. Not account managers working inbound — people who pick a vertical, build the target list themselves, and take it.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years in enterprise sales, business development or partnerships, closing complex multi-million-dollar deals you personally sourced and negotiated
- At least 3 years working in international markets — at a global company, or in a role where you owned deals or operations across multiple countries
- Experience at a company that scaled aggressively, where daily progress was expected and intensity was normal
- You hold both sides of the business in your head. You can say what a partnership earns and what it costs to deliver in the same sentence
- Comfortable with almost no structure. You’ll get context and access, not process
- Heavy international travel
