About the role
As a Strategic Agency Manager, you will own and grow Hightouch's relationships with the agency holding companies, independent agencies, and walled gardens (Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, and others) that are building agentic marketing programs for their largest enterprise clients.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or consultative sales, ideally within advertising, media, martech, or a media/creative agency environment
- Proven experience building and managing relationships with C-level and senior executives at large agencies, holding companies, or walled garden platforms
- Track record of structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements — including minimum commitments, revenue share, and multi-year terms — with enterprise stakeholders
- Experience managing a large, diverse portfolio of accounts or partners, with the ability to prioritize and build strategic plans across dozens of relationships at once
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate complex, technical AI and data concepts into clear business value for non-technical executives
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, competing stakeholder interests, and long, multi-threaded sales cycles
