About the role
The Associate Program Manager plays a foundational role in the underwriting operations of Spinnaker's Partner Programs business – the fronting platform through which Spinnaker partners with managing general agents (MGAs) to write business nationally.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of Property and Casualty insurance experience in an underwriting, operations, or compliance-support capacity
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data (spreadsheets, reporting templates, filing systems)
- Ability to follow defined processes precisely while proactively flagging exceptions or discrepancies
- Clear written communication for internal reporting and documentation
- Exposure to program business, MGA relationships, or fronting structures is a plus
