About the role
We are currently recruiting a Reinsurance Operations Manager , who will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional capacity leading our day-to-day reinsurance operations while also serving as the primary business liaison for our ReAcct ceded reinsurance system. This person will manage a growing team of four to five reinsurance professionals across AR/AP and bordereaux and monthly sessions reporting. You will work closely with the Reinsurance Operations Sr.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5 + years of experience of finance , accounting , or operations roles (public accounting or private)
- 1+ year of experience in management
- Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF formulas)
