Reporting to the Manager, Reinsurance, this role brings a strong background in statistical analysis to shape key decisions and translate complex data into strategic actions.

- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or Economics
- 3-6 years of industry experience/expertise (reinsurer, insurance carrier, or consulting firm)
- Must possess a foundational understanding of reinsurance, P&C insurance, operations, and systems
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
