About the role
***** This role is based in Scottsdale, AZ. Office days are Tue, Wed, and Thur ***** We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Contract Advisor to manage the pipeline for HomeLight’s Buy Before You Sell product. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, working with both external loan officers, processors, and loan assistants as well as internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction process.

- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple transactions at once without dropping the ball
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Fast-Paced & Adaptable: Comfortable working in a high-volume environment and adjusting priorities as needed
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Google Sheets, Slack, CRM systems, and loan processing tools
- Mortgage & Real Estate Knowledge: A strong understanding of the mortgage process and experience working with Loan Officers and Processors
