We're hiring a Field Strategy & Operations Manager to lead our East Bay market, based in Lafayette. You'll manage two teams at once: a team of full-time handymen who serve our members, and a set of AI agents and tools that prep visits, draft member communications, monitor performance data, and keep the operation running. - Analytical instincts: you use data and dashboards to guide decisions

We're hiring a Field Strategy & Operations Manager to lead our East Bay market, based in Lafayette. You'll manage two teams at once: a team of full-time handymen who serve our members, and a set of AI agents and tools that prep visits, draft member communications, monitor performance data, and keep the operation running.
You'll coach handymen in driveways and on ride-alongs, and you'll review, correct, and improve the work your AI tools produce. The leverage from the second team is what lets you hold a higher standard with the first.
This role is based in Lafayette, CA: about three days a week in the field across the East Bay and one day in our Oakland office. It is not a remote role.
