About the role
hotglue is a developer tool that helps teams launch product integrations through credential management and ETL job orchestration. Our customers range from small AI startups to large enterprises like Instructure, SpotOn, and Chargebee. We’re growing fast, and are hiring across GTM, Customer Success, and Engineering to meet that growth. Collaboration is the norm, not a sign of weakness. Engineers at hotglue do not work uninterrupted for days at a time; They are constantly pairing and helping one another.
What they're looking for
- Build and own customer-facing features across our stack
- Help maintain and scale the distributed mechanisms of our ETL orchestration
- Improve our DevOps tooling
- 3+ years of experience working with modern programming languages like JavaScript/Node.js , Python , etc
- Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment. This is a startup, you’ll be in the deep end from day one
- Strong written communication skills and can explain complex technical concepts to non-engineers
