- A problem-solver. You have a unique knowledge of both software and hardware, allowing you to navigate complex camera and network installations with an eye for detail
- An effective trainer. You can break down complex concepts into simple, digestible steps while adapting your style to keep sessions interactive and impactful
- Team-focused. You’re willing to do whatever it takes to see your team succeed, whether that’s assisting with front-line volume or helping with department initiatives
- Willingness to travel. You’re happy to hit the road and visit customers on a monthly basis
