- Experienced product leader. You have 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of driving complex initiatives from discovery through delivery
- User and domain expert. You bring a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive trends, using qualitative and quantitative data to solve core problems up front
- A collaborative communicator. You build trust with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, using logic and clarity to inspire action without relying on direct authority
- Business savvy. You understand the operational dimensions of a product business—like sales, marketing, finance and legal—and know how to balance value with business constraints
