- Must have an active, unrestricted SC Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR an active, unrestricted compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2 or more years of experience working as a behavioral health professional
- Reside in the state of South Carolina and willing to travel
- Have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office to ensure continuous privacy while you work
- Experience with behavioral change, health promotion, coaching and wellness
- Proficient in using electronic information systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) to document, communicate, and collaborate effectively with internal partners and members

The Care Manager, Telephonic Behavioral Health 2 employs a variety of strategies, approaches and techniques to manage a member's physical, environmental and psycho-social health issues.
