About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Field Application Engineer to lead the deployment and integration of our humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities in North America. The role involves onsite visits to customer facilities, data collection, lab-based simulations, leading the planning and execution demos, managing deployment projects, acceptance testing and leading solution integration.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field) or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience with leading projects in robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies
- Hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance
- Experience managing concept/pilot projects and deployment processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and customers
