- You have direct, hands-on experience administering an equity program in Carta, including managing awards and maintaining accurate cap table records
- You understand stock options and other equity awards, employee lifecycle events, and the reporting required to support a private company
- You have experience reconciling equity records against payroll, accounting, and approved transaction data, and you know how to resolve discrepancies with care
- You bring exceptional attention to detail and discretion when working with sensitive financial, legal, and employee information
- You can explain complex equity topics clearly to employees and partners who may not work with equity programs every day
- You have a track record of working effectively across Legal, Finance, People, payroll, and leadership teams
