We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the connected product strategy across Core Platform and Platform Value. This is one integrated platform leadership role. What they're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in a product management role, with a track record of increasing scope and impact
- 2+ years of direct experience with the MSP business model and workflows. You understand how service providers manage multiple customers, users, organizations, permissions, reporting, and operational scale
- 3+ years of prior experience as a platform product manager, with ownership of shared services, backend systems, APIs, data models, or interfaces consumed by multiple product teams
- A demonstrated track record of building and launching platform capabilities—not only managing roadmaps or coordinating delivery
- Strong UX product management experience. You have personally led user research, workflow design, prototyping, usability testing, or the creation of customer-facing interfaces
- Experience building products for complex B2B users, administrators, operators, or technical professionals
