About the role
You’ll work directly with the CEO as a force multiplier on the company’s highest-priority problems. The role is intentionally broad. Depending on what matters most, your work may span enterprise GTM, recruiting, operations, partnerships, fundraising, compliance, customer success, strategic initiatives, or entirely new problems that emerge as we grow. We expect you to bring structure to ambiguity, operate with minimal direction, and drive important work to completion.

The role is intentionally broad. Depending on what matters most, your work may span enterprise GTM, recruiting, operations, partnerships, fundraising, compliance, customer success, strategic initiatives, or entirely new problems that emerge as we grow. We expect you to bring structure to ambiguity, operate with minimal direction, and drive important work to completion.
This is not a glamorous “strategy” role. A meaningful part of the job is doing the hard, messy, and sometimes tedious work required to keep a fast-growing company moving. One week you may help move an important enterprise deal forward and another week, you may spend hours solving an operational problem nobody else can own.
This is a high-ownership role for someone unusually ambitious, resourceful, and fast-moving. For exceptional performers, the role can grow toward owning a function or becoming Chief of Staff.
