About the role
AI-native in practice - Uses AI tools as a natural part of technical and delivery work - documentation, troubleshooting, first-pass analysis - not exploring what's possible but already doing it. You prefer to follow a fixed, prescriptive playbook rather than dealing with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and messy legacy environments.
What they're looking for
- Supported with technical solution design and integration for complex B2B or enterprise software opportunities, ideally in data-heavy domains such as insurance, financial services, or adjacent regulated industries
- AI-native in practice - Uses AI tools as a natural part of technical and delivery work - documentation, troubleshooting, first-pass analysis - not exploring what's possible but already doing it
- Run technical evaluations and POVs with multiple stakeholder groups (e.g. business, IT, security), successfully navigating RFP/RFI processes, due diligence, and technical Q&A to a clear “Tech Win”
- Designed, documented and positioned solution architectures within known patterns (e.g. APIs, event-driven integrations, identity and access management), clearly articulating assumptions, risks, and trade-offs
- Built and delivered tailored Proofs of Concept or Proof of Value that directly contributed to winning or expanding high-value accounts, ideally with measurable commercial impact
- Collaborated closely with Sales teams, using structured sales methodologies to align technical work with deal strategy, timing, and stakeholder influence
