- 5+ years of experience managing technical, software-based projects for external enterprise customers across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid architectures
- Practical understanding of software delivery frameworks, including Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and PMI/PMP frameworks
- Hands-on experience with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) with demonstrated success maintaining clean, up-to-date project documentation
- Experience establishing project visibility using internal/external dashboards, status reports, and key performance metrics
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to lead customer teams, manage risk, and resolve deployment blockers
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across cross-functional engineering, executive, and customer stakeholder groups
